Loan Program Range

• Banking Program: ₹10 Lakhs to ₹35 Lakhs

• GST Program: ₹10 Lakhs to ₹35 Lakhs

• Income Program: ₹10 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs

• OD (Overdraft) Facility: Minimum ₹10 Lakhs

Required Documents – Partnership / LLP Firms

Company Documents

• Firm PAN Card

• GST Registration Certificate

• Udyam Registration Certificate

• Partnership Deed (Notarised)

• Rent Agreement (if office is rented)

• Ownership Proof (either residential or office – any one)

Financial Documents

• Last 2 years full ITR

• GSTR 3B filings

• Latest Bank Statements (direct from bank or net banking – all accounts)

• Existing Loan Sanction Letters (if any)

Partner Documents (for partners with >10% share)

• KYC of all partners

• Passport-size photo of each partner

• Mobile number of each partner

• Company email ID

• Mother’s and Spouse’s name of each co-applicant

Additional Requirements

• 2 References (Name, Contact Number & Address)

• Business Continuity Proof (BCP) of 3 years

  • If BCP < 3 years, then proof of same line of business is mandatory

  • If BCP is 2 years, maximum loan cap is ₹5 Lakhs
